Who developed the viewer?

DO you have a full version of Crystal?

There are many 3rd-party viewer available.  Here is a good list of them and Ken provides an annual review of them.

swgit, I would suggest you to check the link posted by mlmcc and replace your viewer. It usually takes few hours, but it well worth it. Having a black box without support and relying on it to get your data can turn to a disaster. If you don't have budget there are 3-4 free viewers in the list , which are still a better choice compared to an old, not supported viewer
