When pulling reports, we received the following error:

Crystal Report Windows Forms Viewer - Due to the complexity of this report, it has been limited to 2500 records.  Your current request contains 54271 records.  Please adjust your filter settings and try again.

Is this something we can change somewhere?  Please advise.  Thanks.

Who developed the viewer?

DO you have a full version of Crystal?

There are many 3rd-party viewer available.  Here is a good list of them and Ken provides an annual review of them.

swgit, I would suggest you to check the link posted by mlmcc and replace your viewer. It usually takes few hours, but it well worth it. Having a black box without support and relying on it to get your data can turn to a disaster. If you don't have budget there are 3-4 free viewers in the list , which are still a better choice compared to an old, not supported viewer
