I am trying to create a drop down menu in css

Example here:
http://dev.openwaterdesign.com/chandler/index2.html

(rollover "services")

it works but it disappears hovering over the links etc. I want it to stay open until you fully hover off of it

ANy ideas how to fix this?

Check the validator.  It may be some coding errors because when I simply use your nav and full css, it works fine. http://jsbin.com/padinayu/1/

Unclosed div, going to quirks mode etc.  I think if you fix this up, you will be good.
