Outlook for Mac problem

Yesterday I made changes on my exchange server because I had to update the SSL certificate.  I previously had a SAN certificate that used had the .local domain listed.  

I ran the Exchange Powershell commands to update my setup so I can Redirect my Exchange Server to use the External DNS Names.

Set-ClientAccessServer -Identity HostName -AutodiscoverServiceInternalUri https://mail.yourdomain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml 

Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory -Identity "HostName\EWS (Default Web Site)" -InternalUrl https://mail.yourdomain.com/ews/exchange.asmx 

Set-OABVirtualDirectory -Identity "HostName\oab (Default Web Site)" -InternalUrl https://mail.yourdomain.com/oab

Then I updated my Certificate and most everything is working fine... except I have a Mac client with Outlook 2011.  The Outlook client is giving the error:  Mail could not be received at this time.  The server for account "AccountName" returned the error "Logon  failure: uknown user name or bad password." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect.  Would you like to try reentering your password?

All other clients, mobile devices, Outlook Anywhere users on Windows are working fine.  

Any ideas on why this Mac is not working?

it was an update that was needed on the mac client.  not a setup issue on the server.
