BGP well known communities

We are using two cisco 7200, IOS 12.4, both connected to a different ISP with BGP and iBGP between them.

Both providers send us some routes with well-know communities that prevent some route being advertize in iBGP between routers.

I would like to create a route-map to remove all those well-know attribute to make sure both router have full a set of routes from both ISP.

We already use filters to prevent advertizing routes learn from one ISP to the other.

Is there a standard way to clear all community attributes, using route-map or any other way ?

Hello. Did you try this method with set comm-list delete command?
ip community-list 1 permit no-export
!
route-map CHANGE_COMMUNITY permit 10
match community 1
set comm-list 1 delete

Hi,

I would like to know where should I apply this route-map ? Is it and inbound or outbound route map ?

Also is it between the router and ISP's or in between router in the iBGP session ?

It must be applied to inbound route updates from your ISP.
