How do I set a dropdown menu from the menu Bar

Hello
  I have a menu of the following items Home Search Report Admin. I want to do the following
  1) click on Admin from the menu
  2) have the dropdown box display "Analysis" "Consultant" "committee" ect... as in the attached document.
