It may be just a coincidence, but <Row> 50 appears to be the first <Row> that does not have a <Long_Description>  Maybe the absence of <Long_Description> is the problem?

Did you validate against the schema?
Can you post the Schema?  It may reveal more info.

<Row>

		<Promo_Title>DEI REMOTE START FOR MB</Promo_Title>
		<QTY_on_hand>0</QTY_on_hand>
		<COST>600</COST>
		<UPC />
		<Weight>5</Weight>
		<Brand>DIRECTED ELECTRONICS</Brand>
		<MSRP>0</MSRP>
		<UAP>0</UAP>
		<TOPCATEGORY>NEW PRODUCTS</TOPCATEGORY>

As an open issue.  It will be interesting to see what the solution is.

The answer is that there is a limit loop box with a default of 50 i raised that value and now it works
