Hi,
How to set the Access column shown in the attached, as a Primary key?

No sure got your quetion coreretly or not ?

do you want how to sen primary key for rec_id
as per screenshot it is already set as primary key

Right click on the small key icon and add or remove primary key

please see attached screenhot for more details
