Hi All,

We are not able to browse reports using Report Manager URL & Web services URL because of below error.

"Message: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 12002
Line: 5
Char: 62099
Code: 0"

We have modified ReportManager & ReportServer web.config file with below code and still it was throwing an above error.
<appSettings>
<add key="aspnet:IgnoreFormActionAttribute" value="true" />
<add key="aspnet:MaxHttpCollectionKeys" value="100000" />
</appSettings>

</system.web>
<appSettings>
<add key="aspnet:IgnoreFormActionAttribute" value="true" />
<add key="aspnet:MaxHttpCollectionKeys" value="100000" />
</appSettings>
<runtime>

Please review the attached error log file and advise me how to resolve error.

According to your error log you are having issues connecting to the correct Report Server database.  You need to go into the Report Server Configuration utility and ensure that you are pointed to the correct database server and report server database.

Thanks dbaduck for reply.

I have verified Report server db name and its pointing correct DB (reportserver).

I am able to browse other reports and I am getting above error for particular report (this reports contains heavy data & it took around 2 hours  in SSMS to produce the output).

I have already added below configurations in web.config file (report server & manager).
<Add Key="CleanupCycleMinutes" Value="36000"/>
<Add Key="RunningRequestsScavengerCycle" Value="36000"/>
<Add Key="RunningRequestsDbCycle" Value="36000"/>
<Add Key="DatabaseQueryTimeout" Value="0"/>
<Add Key="RunningRequestsScavengerCycle" Value="36000"/>
<Add Key="RunningRequestsDbCycle" Value="36000"/>
<Add Key="RunningRequestsAge" Value="30"/>
<httpRuntime executionTimeout="9000" />

Could you pls advise me on further action item on this issue?

It looks like the next logical issue is the timeout. Web pages are not the best at running for that long. How long does this tun before retiring out?
