Folder Error

Hi Experts,

I am facing problem with open one of my  folder "M" in my External 320 GB HDD, rest of the folder are open as usual. This are the sequence and error massages I am facing.
While Plugging - Pressing Continue without ScanningPressing - Open Folders To View FilesClicking on Folder MBy pass previous angian Pressing Folder M. this error message pop up
Any idea why this happen?

If you look in your event logs, you will probably see more errors (marked red) from the source name "disk". Your hard drive is about to die. For now, try to copy as much data OFF this drive as soon as possible. At a later time, it will be more and more difficult to get the data off. You already followed the correct step of "Scan and Fix" but sadly it didn't work out (usually works with errors caused by software, writing wrong bits).

Yes I seen many files I can not copy other than folder M. Copying as many file as I can and decide to formats hard drive.
