Lync and Exchange archiving

Dear All,

I have Lync 2013 and exchange 2013 installed in my environment, i need to enable Lync 2013 to archive IM and web conference in Exchange, i would like to ask,

Do i have to make archiving mailbox in exchange for each user to archive this?

No you don't, the user's mailbox becomes their archiving store mailbox. you will only need to do to the integration. here's links to start with it.
