SCCM 2012 Reports Issue

We have a new SCCM 2012 setup and the Reports was working.  It has been a couple of months / Patch weekends since the last time it worked.  Attached are a couple of error logs from the reports and WSUS  errors.

Log on failed. Ensure the user name and password are correct. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password

Check the accounts for running reports
