Win7 Pro + Outlook 2010...File...No Account Available

Also File...Account Settings... add and Remove... shows no email accounts.

Win7 Pro + Outlook 2010...Home - shows account folbookstore@rheapublic... with one message in 'Drafts' which I cannot send [send/receive all folders]. Cannot receive mail to this account.

How do I delete this folbookstore@rheapublic... account and create new account with same name?

Trying to use 'Microsoft Outlook Inbox Repair Tool' - Did search in OS(C:) for outlook.pst - no file returned ??
