asp.net ajax toolkit, hovermenu

I use above method with gridview. It works but now what i want is: when the link is hovered or mouse over, I hope to position <div></div> in the middle of the screen all the time. and also gray out the background.

Is it possible? May be it is possible to use css but I am not expert in css and see anyone can help.

You can use ModalPopup control from AjaxControlToolkit. For details and demo of this control, refer to following page:
