This is kind of a weird issue but when in Word or any office 07 product and Help offers a solution that is online and you click on it Adobe reader opens.
Recreate:
Open Word
Pres F1
Search "write a letter"
Click on online issue and instead of browser opening, Adobe opens.

Office 07 products installed on a Windows 7 64bit machine.

any help will help,

Hi

Try this,

-On the Help menu, click Detect and Repair.
-To restore the program shortcuts to the Windows Start menu, make sure the Restore my shortcuts while repairing check box is selected.
-Click Start.

I cannot find "Detect and Repair".  I searched for this but Office 2007 only offers "run diagnostics". I have ran this but I cannot see where it will allow me to restore shortcuts. Do you know of a way to revert Office back to first install, a factory default if you will.

take the backup of registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Office) and delete below key.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Office/12.0/Word

and then start the ms word.

Why You Should Analyze Threat Actor TTPs

After years of analyzing threat actor behavior, it’s become clear that at any given time there are specific tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that are particularly prevalent. By analyzing and understanding these TTPs, you can dramatically enhance your security program.

Hello All,
Thank you very much for your responses but none of these seem to have helped. I do not want to take the "easy way" and remove and install the complete suite so I'm going to research a bit more and wait for more tips from you guys and gals and see what happens.

Thanks again,
  Ryan

Thank you very much sgupta1181, that did the trick. Somewhere along the line some one must of right clicked and "Open With" and selected PDF as default. I changed it to IE and it opened up just fine.

Thank you very much for the heads up on this.

Happy Camper,
