In column AF, the cells are automatically populated with "ERR" if the criteria in this formula is met:

=IF(OR($AS2="ERR",$BB2="ERR",$BE2="ERR"),"ERR","")

I need to revise the formula to include the following criteria and outcome below:

If AS2 and/or BB2 and/or BE2 is equal to "CORR" and AS2 and/or BB2 and/or BE2 is not equal to "ERR", then populate AF2 with "CORR".

Thanks,
Andrea

Hello Andrea, try adding another OR

=IF(OR($AS2="ERR",$BB2="ERR",$BE2="ERR"),"ERR",IF(OR($AS2="CORR",$BB2="CORR",$BE2="CORR"),"CORR",""))

regards, barry
