H3C S5500 VLAN and switch

I can't telnet to H3C S5500 with the message below. I can only access it through web access. Any idea ?
 In addition, how to show the configuration on the device ?

Which H3C L2 switch can support VLAN such that I can access the VLAN port to my client device ?
