I have pinned an internet explorer page named Tureng.com and I want this internet explorer page to be seen on taskbar as quick launch and I have added the short cut of this internet explorer page to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar but I dont still see it on taskbar so I dont know why I can not see it

Instead of placing the shortcut to that folder, try dragging and dropping it directly to the taskbar ( make sure  quick launch is unlocked)

Lock the taskbar is unchecked but I have tried to put a program named Babylon to taskbar and I have created a shortcut and pinned this program to taskbar and it seems on my taskbar like in attached picture but tureng.com internet page does not seem in the same way

chek if placing the cursor over the internet icon on quick launch or right clicking it show you a link to tureng.com. if yes then you have to draggin and dropping a shortcut in order it to appear, the problem is that your shortcut of a website opens with internet explorer, but there is an internet explorer quicklaunch by default... bill gates ideas...

thanks I have added the Quick Launch but now my toolbar became very crowded(please see the attached picture) so in this case I dont want Quick Launch so the only thing I want is that Tureng.com web site should be on my toolbar is that possible? as I said, I have pinned it and added the Userpinned folder but still disappear but other program Babylon added it to the same folder and pinned it so it seems on my toolbar in the left side

meaby you could dragg it  from the quick launch itself and then drop it on the place you want to have it, it it does not work you can try by opening another web browser(like chrome or firefox) and after load tureng.com dragg and drop from the favicon and drop it on the taskbar.
