Hi,

I am working in eclipse and coding on it some java web applications. My question is how to remember break points. When my file got corrupted some how i got latest from repository by overriding existing same file but all my break points are gone. How do i import my break points so that i do not have to reinvent whole flow and put them again.

please advise
Any links resources ideas highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I think this would do it... but if you import a different source file... I don't know if they would match up correctly or not... because your old breakpoints would have been based on your old source file.

Anyway... try this.

Go to Window / Show View / Breakpoints.

If you don't see Breakpoints in dropdown view list, then select "Other".  If you have to type "Other" then where it says "type filter text"  type in "breakpoints".

This will open new window / view where you can see all breakpoints you have set.

From inside this window... right click... and select "Export Breakpoints".  you can later then "Import Breakpoints" using the same method.
