Hard disk showing error on waking

I am seeing the above error sometimes when my computer wakes up.:
 "2100 Detection error on HDD 0 (Main HDD) Press escape to continue"
My Laptop is Thinkpad T -520 and HDD is a hybrid 1 TB Disk.

Apparently this is a somewhat popular bug with Lenovo and disks that are no longer recognized after resuming, if password protected.

See here for a potential fix: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/detail.page?LegacyDocID=MIGR-72837

Even if that works, update the BIOS and the firmware for your hybrid, just to be on the safe side.
