Nimsoft: Infrastructure Manager

Hey Team

I need to do the following using nimsoft infrastructure manager ver 3.84.

1) Create a new template, selecting the exchange_monitoring probe as my "base template" (copy/edit).
2) Add customer counters into the template like Average Disk Latency (read) and Average Disk Latency (Write)

I do suggest you get the support to "deliver" the probe config so that it will be supported throughout for any changes. Pardon i am not Nimsoft SA though.

There are a couple other CA community resource (forum, video and tutorial ) which I believe you can benefit more from CA resources as well. Or just hit their "Search" field

From "CA Nimsoft Monitor for Microsoft Exchange", the Exchange metric did not explicitly has those counters which likely is the native OS stats. You may want to leverage on those Exchange metric instead. The CA Nimsoft Unified Reporter provide further granularity for users traffic specific stats that you may want to consider
