Error rsAccessDenied

When ever I try to deploy my SSRS Report I get this error.  
Error rsAccessDenied : The permissions granted to user 'D-PC\DD' are insufficient for performing this operation.

If I could get a step by step way to fix this that would be great.

Can you give us the exact action you preform that generates this error?

1. I develop my SSRS report in the BIDS interface.
2. I build the report with success.
3. I deploy the report and that is when I get the error:
Error rsAccessDenied : The permissions granted to user 'D-PC\DD' are insufficient for performing this operation.

Hi,
which SQL / SSRS version (and edition)?
SSRS in Native or SharePoint integrated mode?
Is D-PC\DD a local user or a domain user account?

Normally this simply indicates that your (domain) user does not have the proper permissions to deploy reports.
