When I go into IIS Manager and click on Web Sites\Default Web Site I do not see Reports or ReportsServer or my reports server.  How do I configure IIS so that they show up in my Default Web Site Tree.

Hi,
which SQL Server version and edition?
Since SQL 2008 SSRS has its own HTTP listener and does no longer use IIS:
