Hi,

I'm using VS 2010, Is there a control that comes with VS2010 that can load and Print PDF files?

no specific control is provided (not even in newer versions).

you can try to load it in a WebBrowser control: http://emoreau.com/Entries/Articles/2007/04/The-WebBrowser-control.aspx

The webBrowser control is a control you add to a Windows Forms. Try it.
