I am trying to use the "Colorbox Slider".  When I select the image, the colorbox slider doesn't open.

<script>
            jQuery(document).ready(function () {
                jQuery('a.gallerycb').colorbox({ opacity:0.5 , rel:'group1' });
            });
        </script>
<table border='0' cellspacing='0' cellpadding='0' width='100%' id='grid'>
<tr>

<td class='gallerycb' width='33%'><div><a href='gallery/BriOne.jpg'><img src='gallery/BriOne.jpg' /></a></div>
<div class='caption'>Added: Apr-1-2013</div></td>
<td class='gallerycb' width='33%'><div><a href='gallery/BriFour.jpg'><img src='gallery/BriFour.jpg' /></a></div>
<div class='caption'>Added: Oct-30-2011</div></td>
<td class='gallerycb' width='33%'><div><a href='gallery/BriThree.jpg'><img src='gallery/BriThree.jpg' /></a></div>
<div class='caption'>Added: Jul-12-2009</div></td>
</tr>

<tr>
<td class='gallerycb' width='33%'><div class='caption'>Added: Jul-12-2009</div>
</td>
<td class='photo' width='33%'>
<div class='caption'>Added: Jul-12-2009</div>
<div><a href='gallery/BriTwo.jpg'><img src='gallery/BriTwo.jpg' /></a></div></td>
</tr>
</table>
</div id="gallery">

Don't see anywhere that you have included the Colorbox plugin
Plus you have fancybox loaded and are using that on one of the images.
