Server Explorer window and Data Sources window are not the same window, correct?

I am trying to figure out how to bring up a Data Sources window when creating a windows forms application.

Correct, they're not the same.

The Data Sources window is available in the Data menu and the Data Design toolbar but they are not available when you select the solution node in the Solution Explorer, so you need to be at project level or below.

I'm using Visual Studio 2010 express by the way, not sure if this could be different in other versions.
