How do I configure to Administrator in SSRS Report server?

When I run “netsh http show urlacl” from the command prompt it shows as System. Should this be Administrator?

When you run the command, you have to run it as an administrator.
Right click on CMD.exe and click on Run as Administrator, then you can execute whatever commands
