Where can I find where it says what the order in the query expression must the C# clauses for working with LINQ should be?

The best is to try it yourself,
download https://www.linqpad.net/  then experiment with the examples or if you want, you can read the source here code http://www.albahari.com/nutshell/code.aspx

I highly recommend buying the box C#5.0 in a nutshell
