Resources mailbox in exchange

Hello.
We have 5 resources mail box in our company, we use them for meetings.

Is there a way to make exchange send a mail , if the time that I wanne use is
already booked ?? a rejetion of some sort.

We are using Exchange 2010.

I'm sorry I don't know a way to make it possible via exchange 2010 interface, there might be some 3rd party software for that.
