Is she opening the file right out of email? &nbsp;It sounds like she is opening the attachment, making changes, then clicking save. &nbsp;If this is the case, it might be trying to update the attachment and not saving it to the local computer.<br />

Has she tried to save the attachment to her computer first, then opening the document from that location?

It is only 83Kb in size and there is over 100Gb of space on the C:\ and D:\ partitions.<br />

A client of ours is receiving the following error when trying to save a document in word, it is a document that has been sent to her. The document has gaps that she manually fills in.
It is only 83Kb in size and there is over 100Gb of space on the C:\ and D:\ partitions.

Microsoft Word Error!

Microsoft Word is a commercial document editing program that is part of the Microsoft Office suite. It features numerous text-editing tools for creating richly formatted documents, along with tools for the use of macros in Word documents. Word's native file formats are denoted either by a .doc or .docx file extension. Plugins permitting the Windows versions of Word to read and write formats it does not natively support, such as the OpenDocument format (ODF) are available. Word can import and display images in common bitmap formats such as JPG and GIF. It can also be used to create and display simple line-art.
