barracuda web-filter keeps asking for credentials
company uses barracuda web-filter. user tries to use the web and gets prompted for credentials. After entering the credentials the web works but then when he reopens internet explorer 11 it prompts again.
i have checked his dns server
i have disabled ipv6
other users in the company don't get this issue so what could be the cause of this?

My guess is he has his browser configured NOT to save user-id and passwords, which is the more secure way to have your browser configured.

its more to it than that cause some work some don't. but if it is the browser could you elaberate on what what needs to be changed?
I don't have IE11 but under other IE's it is under the AutoComplete Settings
"Tools --> Internet Options --> Content Tab --> AutoComplete "Settings".
Make sure the "user names and passwords on forms is checked"
Although this is a BAD practice.

Easy, don't reward points ... yet.
You stated other users are not having the problem, just to make sure they are using IE 11 also, right?

they are. generally what happens is a user logs into the computer and based on the login for the domain they are pervisioned to use certain sites through baracuda. they never have to login unless they go to a restricted site and then an admin has to type the password.
thanks!
thanks!
Does Baracuda use forms based authentication?
