Like the Windows On Screen Keyboard (OSK) or something else? Could you post more of what you are trying to do (unless below is what you are looking for?)

Public Class Form1

    Private osk As Process

    Private Sub TextBox1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles TextBox1.Click
        If Me.osk Is Nothing OrElse Me.osk.HasExited Then
            If Me.osk IsNot Nothing AndAlso Me.osk.HasExited Then
                Me.osk.Close()
            End If

            Me.osk = Process.Start("osk")
        End If
    End Sub

End Class

Open in new window
