Is the second card slot in 4500 or 6500 series switch reserved for Sup cards?

Hi,

I would like to know that is the second card slot in 4500 or 6500 Cisco Catalyst Switches reserved for Supervisor Engine Card or we can insert any Card in that module.

Kindly provide a link supporting your answer.

The supervisor cards go in specific slots dependent on the platform.
