ISP bills too high

my twc internet is going to 60$

where do I find my options.  Thelist.com was a complete listing of isp's however it appears that domain has been sold

I tend to need to work from home so I need good access

First, you should call and complain.  They will usually lower your bill on the spot, either giving you a "promotional rate" or transferring you to the "retention dept" who will give you a lower rate.

If that doesn't work, you might consider your phone company.  Granted that DSL is generally considered to be slow than cable but the way TWC is messing around with different tiers of service I'm not sure that is still the case (unless you pay extra).  DSL is still pretty fast.  

I've noticed that my cable seems to be getting slower (although it could be my son playing WWC).  I'm going to call them up and ask them about it.
