Export or sync Filemaker fields and data to MySQL database

I have a large FMDB with approximately 110 fields that need to be created in a MySQL database. If I have full privileges for the MySQL db, is there a way to export the FM fields and data to import into MySQL or to sync the FM fields directly to MySQL? The slow process is to had create every field in a new MySQL table, but automation would save errors and time.

The quickest and easiest would probably be to just do an export from FileMaker to a csv file and then import that CSV file into MySQL through phpMyAdmin or a tool like Navicat.

Once you have all the matching fields, if you need to sync up rather than export/import all the time, you could setup FileMaker External Data Sources and then write some scripts in FM to automatically sync up with MySQL.
