how to choose a web/desktop/mobile  applicaiton framework ?

I would like to develop a CRM application. And this needs to be developed  web (ecommerce) asp.net , desktop .net, mobile (mac,android, windows)  &  reporting. What are the free frameworks available in the market? Before choosing the framework what are the things needs to be consider ?  Can I design my own framework ?

Well, .NET is a framework.  But if you mean a design framework, the two biggest now are http://getbootstrap.com/ and http://foundation.zurb.com/.  These are mobile first, responsive front end frameworks consisting of css and js/jquery.  The core is using media queries to rearrange your page according to the viewport.

This would be separate from whatever you use serverside.  But if you want to develop one page for multiple viewports, this is the way to go.  Look at some of the example pages for bootstrap http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/#examples to get a good feel.

You would just need to add your custom css to make it your own.
