appreciate if someone can help me. I am New to Wordpress.

I have ecommerce site freshly built using Wordpress / Woocommerce plugin

What I want to is to test the site functionalities such as add to cart and buy and item and generate reports etc.

However I want to reset the data back to before what I started with - so I can give the site to my customer fresh ( I dont want my test purchases etc appearing on his reports see...)

So I want to know how to backup , and what to backup , and also want to know how to restore so I am in a fresh state.

Thanks in adviance.

Hello.
You do not need to backup for that. Backup anyway for security reasons.
To get the order numbers back to '1' you need to first remove all existing orders (note this is a two-step process of first sending them to the trash, and then permanently deleting them from the trash). After that you're free to set the starting order number to whatever you want from WooCommerce > Settings.
