We have an Exchange 2003 server on a Windows Server 2003 OS. All of a sudden our mobile users, iPhones, stopped getting e-mail: &quot;Cannot Get Mail, Server error, contact your administrator.&quot; <br />

I have rebooted the server and it's back up. Our internal Outlook users are able to send and receive e-mail and I have checked the MX records and everything looks ok. <br />

Any suggestions to fix the mobile users?<br />

Hello,

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server.
