MOBILE MAIL DOWN

Hello,

We have an Exchange 2003 server on a Windows Server 2003 OS. All of a sudden our mobile users, iPhones, stopped getting e-mail: "Cannot Get Mail, Server error, contact your administrator."

I have rebooted the server and it's back up. Our internal Outlook users are able to send and receive e-mail and I have checked the MX records and everything looks ok.

Any suggestions to fix the mobile users?

Looks like I can get e-mail on my iPhone if I setup IMAP. So, it must be the Exchange settings that are down, is that Active Sych?
