SQL job failed email

We recently changed to Exchange Server and there are some changes in the email settings. Since then our Administrator is receiving a SQL job failed email notification. I am not able to find out from where it is being sent. I checked the SQL jobs but none of those have failed. It is possible that one of the jobs is trying to send an email and is failing.

What are my options in SQL to test where Email settings exist? We have SQL Server 2005. I have checked SendAsyncEmail proc in DB but it doesn't have anything. Please advise.

Thank you for the reply. I don't have Database mail under Management probably because as mentioned in another post, the server is 32 bit.
Anyway, I figured out the problem was not because something stopped working but because the job fail notification started working. I am not sure why the job did not show up as failed though. It was just sending failure email every time.
