Exporting Exchange 2010 Mailbox to PST based on who the email is from or to

I know this is an odd question. I have been asked to export a users account with only email to and from a particular person.
If this can be done please let me know and if not please confirm my belief.

you can use the discovery search mailbox feature in the ECP.  you send can then go to that search mailbox and you can get the email you need.

Thanks ended up with powershell -contentFilter and seems to have done the trick.
