Warning vSphere HA virtual machine monitoring action?

Good afternoon,

I have turned on HA on our VMware cluster, and I keep randomly getting this error:
PR-STAFF-VM-009
Warning
vSphere HA virtual machine monitoring action
PR-VC.prsdnj.org
3/4/2014 09:23:28

PR-VC is the vcenter server, and it appears to effect the VIEW and STATIC VM's? we are using a SSD SAN for data-stores and the iOPs appear appropriate, There are 6 ESXi hosts identical in the cluster connecting via iSCSI to the data-stores and the iSCSI traffic is isolated on its own switch.

This is also creating issues with the snapshots, complaining about consolidation, but when I go to snapshot manager, there are no snapshots?

Any idea's?

Actually I reinstalled the Vmtools on the effected systems, that resolved it, never disable the HA...
