Exchange 2010 Cellopoint #550 Relaying mail to xxxis not allowed

Hi Expert,

we are using dedicated server in hosting company, we manage our exchange server,

recently we have changed the public IP.

and right now we hit one issue when we send to a domain,

NDR is

Cellopoint rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:
Cellopoint #550 Relaying mail to xxx is not allowed ##

what should i do now?

Who supplies the public IP address for you? You need to apply for Reverse DNS Lookup for that public IP address.

You need to ask your hosting company regarding the Reverse DNS Lookup service.

Besides, you need to check with administrator of that particular domain which send you the NDR on whether your new public IP address is included in their black list of blocked IP address.

after test with few domains, is the recipient that having the issue.
