windows explorer strange behave

I have a Windows 2012 Server and Internet Explorer 10 . i try to Login one of my Printer web Interface .
http:// printerwebinterface1/ WORKS!!!!!!
another Printer
http:// printerwebinterface2/ NOT WORKING!!!!!

they are the same type Printers and i can open under Windows 2008 Server both of sites and i can Login printes Interfaces.

please help

if i write under Internet expolrer:

Windows 2012 Server:
http:// printerwebinterface2/

LODING......................

then blank Screen (WHITE)

Windows 2008 Server
http:// printerwebinterface2/

LODING......................
then Login Screen Comes out.

yes, W2K8 is another computer, hence it might have different network settings.

unfortunatly not ,but i do not want deal any more because there is no solution I think

again, can you post the sanitised IPCONFIG /ALL and ROUTE PRINT results of the two servers? it might help.
