Hi Exports,

I have TFS and need to make while having multiple projects with parts of the code the automatic build collects these parts together. Is it possible ? If so how to ?

Thanks.

Yes. Correct. How to organize for example two visual studio projects so two different people can work on each but automatic build will combine both at run time.

in your scenario, the two people should be working on the same single project, not two. they can work on different part of the same project if they do follow the recommended proper way to check in and check out files, whatever the files are source code, make file or resoure files. this way, every build, including automatic build such as night build, can automatically cover all files defined in the project in a consistent manner.
if, however, for some reasons you do need to build from two separated projects, i think it is technically possible if you could customise the make file in a safe, proper way. i personally never did that, though i believe it is possible, because basically compiling and building do nothing special just follow the MAK definition to precompile, compile, link and generate files.

Hmmm I understand but the questions is about same VS project in two separate TFS projects. If it not possible then how to make some people access only specific parts of the VS project ??
