ProxySettings not enabling via GPO

Hi all,

The company I am working for has recently just purchased a new FW and a new proxyserver setting needs to be applied to all machines within the company, I've set up a GPO with the following details which is in the root of the domain:

If the user didn't have the old proxy server settings turned on, Then the new ones entries are there but not enabled, can someone assist?

You need to modify the default domain controller policy if you want to apply this policy to all users,

Which proxy you are configuring ? Is it automactic proxy or manual proxy ?

Is it Pac file or wpad file ?
