How would I sync up the up the Global Address Lists and calendar information between two sites, or forest with exchange 2010?
What is the steps for doing this?

I have 2 forest that I need to have the Global Address Lists and calendar to sync together.
I know there is the Federation service but this is only for about 40 users and I wonder if it is worth going through setting up the Federation or use the third party software that is out there to do this??
Any suggestions??

Found a product by Quest, who is owned by Dell now, that makes this very easy to do...
