I have a Sonicwall TZ200 with spam filtering enabled.  This device is in front of our email servers.  In all of my offices we scan to email using our main email server which is behind this Sonicwall.  The problem is that one office's scans are being blocked on the firewall.  It looks like their ip address is on a blacklist.  I can work to get it off the blacklist, but in the meantime, I want to find a way to make sure that these emails with the scans as attachments are let through despite being on a blacklist.

Can anyone help?

If they're blacklisted outside of your firewall by SpamHaus, etc you need to have it removed.

On your TZ-200 have you gone into Admin console - Anti-Spam - RBL Filter... at the bottom you can configure White List and/or Black List. Remove it if it's blacklisted and explicitly allow in the White List.

We solved this by bypassing the firewall for the scanners
