I have a Sonicwall TZ200 with spam filtering enabled. This device is in front of our email servers. In all of my offices we scan to email using our main email server which is behind this Sonicwall. The problem is that one office's scans are being blocked on the firewall. It looks like their ip address is on a blacklist. I can work to get it off the blacklist, but in the meantime, I want to find a way to make sure that these emails with the scans as attachments are let through despite being on a blacklist.
Can anyone help?
