Hello there,

Can you please guide us, how we can store all send mails from the local system in Server's in one particular mail ID. (without using IMAP)

For Example: If ab@bc.com send a mail from his local system to kb@sd.com, so the ab@bc,com sent mail should be stored at server in one particular mail ID.

Hello,

If you are using SmarterMail, which I will assume from your Tags, then there is a program called Ultimate Spool Manager that will do what you need.

https://www.mightyblue.com/usm

This program runs on the server and allows you amazing control over the messages as they pass through the spool.  You can create a rule that will trigger based on any variety of fields (ie sent from specific accounts). The rule can then be set to BCC the email to a specific email address (Mail ID).

If the email address being sent to is local then it will be delivered directly to that account, otherwise it will be forwarded to a remote address via SMTP.

An "out of the box" question was asked and a workable "out of the box" answer was given. I don't believe this question should be deleted.
