Call Routing Shoretel


We have 2x main numbers which are coming into our main office shoretel director server: 020 and 019.  The calls are then routed to a user group of which there are some in 020 and most in 019 site.
Problem is that calls for 020 and calls for 019 care being answered by users at different sites.

I want to be able to specify calls for 020 to users at 020 site and the same of the other number/site.

Not familiar with these systems but can you setup a hunt group to forward calls to it?

not using hunt groups, using bridge call appearance and workgroups.

PRI, remind me...?
belive we do for out of hours calls and when call unanswered (which is very rare)

believe we can add a button to signify an inbound number onto one of the main numbers on all phones but at cost..
