Here in my case we are using domain id as service account for my win 2k3 cluster running for sql db , same domain id is in use for other services and clusters  in my environment ?

Please advice if i can change service account for my one cluster with out any down time ?

and what if i reset the password for existing one, as i don't know current password for that domain id , so what could be the best way to get this resolved ?

Thanks

This is not a SQL question, but more a microsoft clustering service question. anyway, the answer is, you'll have downtime, quote:
"The Cluster service on all nodes must be stopped and restarted during this procedure"
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc784325(v=ws.10).aspx

It will be lika a failover from the SQL's Point of view. And a failover will drop all Connections, and if application are clusteraware, they reconnect. But thatsnot true for other applications.
