Excel insert picture either through macro or button

I was asked the following question.

Is there a way to create either a hot key or button or macro that can insert a picture logo that is always in the upper left corner that puts in a certain size when a user selects it.
Then to also distribute it out to users.

what do you mean by upper left corner ? Cell A1 ? and to answer quickly yes.

This is an Example.

Load the file activate macros, press CTRL S you will see the picture in the corner. Press again CTRL S it will disappear.
Sub ShowPicture()
If Image1.Visible Then
    Image1.Visible = False
    Image1.Visible = True
End If
End Sub
